Debasish "Ron" Nag
CEO & Board Member
Serving as CEO, Ron leverages deep leadership experience earned during nearly three decades of technology industry roles. He recently held the position of Executive Director of Texas Instruments’ Embedded Processing & Analog High Speed Products divisions. He previously served as Business Manager of TI’s Mobile Application Processor Business Unit where he was responsible for $835M in revenue yearly while working with major smartphone OEMs. TI also employed Ron in various domestic and international product and business management roles focused on VoIP, C55x, Emerging End Equipment, Wireless, Industrial and Automotive. He held similar roles within Cisco Systems as well as optical and Ethernet CPE startups for which he raised $17M. Prior to sales and management, Ron worked as an embedded developer wireless applications at Motorola and Samsung. He holds a BSEE from Oakland University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
VP, Product Management & Engineering
Ketan’s knowledge and resourcefulness have fueled nearly two decades of technical industry experience. That experience hinges largely on conceptualizing and building products as well as developing the business strategies and teams supporting them. His cross-disciplined background includes product management, engineering and architecture responsibilities for Texas Instrument’s embedded systems and mobile technology lines. Within those roles, Ketan has worked on various operating systems and with several programming languages to develop both hardware and software designs. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Heather brings nearly 20 years of cross-disciplined communications and marcom experience serving consumer, corporate and technology brands as well as start-ups. She recently served as president of Nereus, a boutique agency focused on technical standards setting organizations. Prior to her work at Nereus, she held strategic roles at Peppercomm, Racepoint Group and Texas Instruments where she oversaw the wireless business unit’s global communications programs. Notably, Heather’s programs have been recognized by industry awards programs as well as various leadership teams who have adopted her methods and campaign structures as best practices. Heather holds a BS in Communications from Boston University.

A serial entrepreneur, Avi notably founded Mototech—focused on digital motorcycle ignition systems—and Visionsense—focused on minimal invasive brain surgery. His 15-year devotion to Visionsense begins with his diagnosis of an inoperable brain tumor. He ultimately invented a solution and led the company to its global status today, raising >$40M. Visionsense case studies are taught in entrepreneurial MBA programs at Babson, MIT, Stanford and other schools. He served as an Israeli Intelligence Forces lieutenant; holds an EE degree from Tel Aviv University; earned a Masters in Business Management from Boston University; and, owns numerous technological and clinical patents.
Prof. Uri Kramer
MD Pediatric Neurologist, Chief Medical Scientist, BioLert Co-founder
Dr. Kramer is a world-renowned pediatric epileptologist, a full professor of pediatrics at the Medical School of Tel Aviv University, the director of Pediatric Epilepsy Service and a senior member of the Epilepsy Surgery Center, Tel-Aviv Medical Center (ICHILOV). Additionally, he is the former president of the Israeli Epilepsy Association. A graduate of Tel Aviv University Medical School, Dr. Kramer also completed a Neurophysiology fellowship at Boston Children's Hospital.

A BioLert Board member since 2006, Mr. Wilnai is a seasoned sales, marketing, operations and finance executive with 27 years of software and services industry experience. He provides consulting services to Fortune 500 companies across many verticals and is an active investor.
Hezy Shalev BA, LL.B, LL.m, MBA
Managing Director, First Republic Investment Management
Mr. Shalev manages the Altair Alternative Investment Platform, which is focused on private and alternative investment programs. Mr. Shalev joined First Republic Investment Management via acquisition of Luminous Capital, where he was Partner. He was a corporate attorney, concentrating on securities law and formation of private investment vehicles at Gornitzky & Co., a top-ten Israeli law firm.
